To apply for enrollment, do one of the following:

• Email csfcacademy@gmail.com for a New Student Information Packet

​

• Visit our office at 311 S. 1st St E. Snowflake, AZ 85937 Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 3 PM. The office is located in the Youth Building directly across from the church. New Student Information Packets are also available on Sundays between church services. Church Services are held at 8 AM and 10 AM, with children's ministry during the 10 AM service.
